Available in two versions—GR (gravity-fed) and PM (piston-pump fed)—each model features Gel Matic’s signature GTECH In.Co.Di.S. 3.0 7″ touchscreen system with intuitive icons, preset recipes, touch operation, and remote monitoring capabilities for real-time diagnostics and adjustments. 

At just 30 cm wide, both versions fit seamlessly into tight counter spaces and boast top ventilation for vertical airflow compatibility.  They deliver high out-put performance with 18 kg/hour capacity (~3 × 100 g servings per minute), and can handle bursts of up to 5 × 100 g servings in 60 s, albeit with a ~75 s recovery period.
