We provide preliminary drawings and concept sketches — not working drawings — ideal for early planning, investor presentations, and shopfitter briefings.
This service is free and included as part of our offering, while others typically charge for similar design work.
Final working drawings for council approval and construction will need to be prepared by your shopfitter or their draftsman.

Power and water worth designing in early
Both are far cheaper to design in than to retrofit. Ask us about either when we draw up your layout.
Battery systems
Run the whole store on stored power. Charge overnight at off-peak rates and keep trading through a blackout — with no generator noise or fumes where you serve.
Salvalacqua water economiser
A sealed loop cools and reuses the same water: a 100% saving of the drinking water used for cooling, at a constant 12–17 °C and with no limescale.
