About the OneShow
OneShow is ISA’s compact showcase for gelato, pastry and chocolate. At 740 mm deep it fits counters a full-depth cabinet cannot, and the Free and Built-in versions suit both stand-alone and joinery installations.
It comes in 120 and 170 cm lengths, runs at -20/+2 °C, +1/+10 °C or +14/+16 °C, uses R290 natural refrigerant and offers an optional Dual Temperature function.
What makes the OneShow different
A showcase that can do everything
OneShow runs at -20/+2 °C for gelato, +1/+10 °C for pastry and +14/+16 °C for chocolate. The optional Dual Temperature function switches between gelato and pastry operation at the touch of a button, so one cabinet changes with the season without taking more floor space.
Pans, carapine, sticks or single portions
The 120 cm cabinet holds six 5 L pans (360 x 165 x 120 mm), four 5 L pans (360 x 250 x 80 mm) or ten 3 L round carapine (154 mm), with four stick or single-portion containers. The 170 cm cabinet holds nine, six or sixteen respectively, with six stick or single-portion containers.
740 mm deep, endless finishes
OneShow is cut to 740 mm deep, so it fits counters that a full-depth cabinet cannot. A wide range of materials and finishes allows many combinations of layout and colour.
