The MBF series. Eight models from the MBF420 to the MBF920. Capacity runs from one trolley of 20 trays up to six trolleys, accepting GN 1/1, GN 2/1 and EN 600×400 and 600×800 trays, so a cell can match a small gelateria or a production kitchen.
Performance. Blast chilling from +90 °C to +3 °C and blast freezing from +90 °C to −18 °C, air cooled, with 230 V single phase and 400 V three phase options. Each model page lists its cycle throughput in kilograms.
