Variegato: the swirl through the tub. Ripple sauces are what give a cabinet its movement — a cinnamon swirl or a berry ribbon reads as handmade in a way a single colour never does.
The range. Cinnamon roll, wild berries, wild strawberry, wafer, RubiLello and more, plus candied fruit cubes for texture through the mix.
How they are used. Dosed by eye at extraction or layered into the tub, so you control how heavy the ribbon looks. They also work through frozen yoghurt and over soft serve at a topping bar.
Specifications. Supplied in 3 kg and 5 kg buckets and 2 × 3 kg and 2 × 5 kg cartons, with gluten free, lactose free, vegan, Halal and Kosher options.
