About the Metro Pastry
Metro is ISA’s compact pastry display cabinet, available as ST and ST Self (self-service) versions. A cold-air-flow refrigeration system developed by ISA’s R&D centre spreads the temperature evenly through the display.
It runs at +1/+10 °C with off-cycle defrost and R290 natural refrigerant, and comes in 100, 130 and 150 cm widths at 110 cm deep.
What makes the Metro Pastry different
ST or ST Self
The ST version is served by staff; the ST Self version opens to the customer for self-service. Both share the same compact footprint, clear display and ample capacity, so products can be shown in a clear and orderly way.
