About the 3D Show Pastry
3D Show Pastry is the pastry version of ISA’s 3D Show, a three-dimensional format that shows the product from the front and both sides through fully transparent glass.
Narrow steel side supports keep the view open, and top-to-bottom LED lighting makes the product appear to float inside the case.
What makes the 3D Show Pastry different
Gelato that appears to float
Narrow steel side supports, transparent tubs and top-to-bottom LED lighting put the gelato on show from the front and both sides. The holders for the clear tubs make the product appear to float inside the case.
On-board or remote unit, double ventilation
A high-performance on-board or remote condensing unit with double ventilation holds a steady, uniform temperature through the whole case, which keeps energy use and running cost down.
