Built to bring flexibility and speed, the DR 14 features compact dimensions (≈ 430 mm wide) and advanced controls—via the GTECH In.Co.Di.S. touchscreen interface—making it easy to operate and monitor.
In the GR (gravity) version, mix is fed by gravity into the freezing cylinder. In the PM (pump-fed) version, a piston/pump feed system enables higher overrun and greater control of texture for premium frozen beverages.
