Carpigiani at FHA Asia 2026: Machines and Pastry Cup Sponsorship

Carpigiani was one of the key exhibitors at FHA Asia 2026, one of Asia’s biggest trade shows, held in Singapore from April 21 to 24.

Carpigiani also sponsored the two main competitions of the 2026 show. The Asian Pastry Cup is a team pastry competition whose winners go on to the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, planned for 2027 in Lyon. The FHA Dessert Challenge promotes professional pâtisserie skills and encourages creativity and knowledge exchange among pâtissiers across the region.

At its Hall 1 booth, Carpigiani presented solutions for artisan gelato, soft serve, pastry and foodservice:

• ReadyChef 14 20, a counter-top batch freezer for gelato, pastry and chocolate, with over 30 programs.
• Ready 8/12, a compact machine that can freeze and also heat liquid mixtures.
• 161 K, a counter-top shake machine producing more than 120 servings of 0.4 L per hour.
• 241 Magica E-Pay, a self-service, single-flavour floor-standing soft serve machine with contactless payment.
• 161 T G SP, the most compact gravity-fed single-flavour machine, producing up to 200 soft gelato servings of 75 g per hour.
• UF 720 SP, a high-capacity, twin-twist floor-standing soft serve machine.
• Synthesis 1 counter top, which produces and stores gelato in front of customers.
• Synthesis 2H, a modular system that adapts to your needs.
