The EG54 plus is our main vertical gelato storage freezer. It holds 54 gelato tubs in 700 litres and keeps them between -10 °C and -25 °C, so the gelato you make and harden in your blast freezer stays ready for the display cabinet, take-home tubs or wholesale orders.
