Carpigiani took part in Salon de la Pâtisserie, a gourmet event held from 17 to 19 June at the Parc Floral de Paris. Over three days, professionals and gelato fans could look at Carpigiani’s latest technology and taste traditional artisan gelato and soft serve flavours.
