(*) Amount per serving.Fill the silicone moulds with fiordilatte express gelato.Level with a spatula.Place a minicone in each mould and then place in a shock freezer.Remove the minicones from their moulds.Cover the top with dark chocolate icing.Immediately dip the ends of the minicones in the crunchy puffed rice.
