Carpigiani Gelato University at Gulfood 2023, Dubai
From 20 to 24 February 2023, Carpigiani Gelato University exhibited at Gulfood in Dubai, the world’s largest food and beverage sourcing event, with more than 5,000 companies from over 120 countries.
What was on show
Visitors to booth A1-46 in Hall 1 could see Carpigiani’s latest work across artisan gelato, pastry, soft serve and foodservice. Live demonstrations featured two highlights:
- Synthesis 2, a modular system that lets you make, store and serve gelato right in front of your customers.
- 243 T SP, the most compact counter-top twin twist soft serve machine in the range.
