Carpigiani at Gelatissimo 2024 in Stuttgart

Carpigiani was one of the main exhibitors at Gelatissimo 2024, held at Messe Stuttgart from 3 to 7 February, on Pavilion 10, Booth D40.
Daily gelato masterclasses
The big news was a series of masterclasses with Günter Single, lecturer at Carpigiani Gelato University, each day focused on a trend such as vegan, dairy-free or gourmet gelato. The schedule was:
- 3 February (11 am and 3 pm): vegan gelato
- 4 February (11 am and 3 pm): pastry for the gelato maker
- 5 February (11 am and 3 pm): gelato with plant-based drinks
- 6 February (11 am and 3 pm): gastronomic gelato
- 7 February (11 am): pastry for the gelato maker
Technology on display
Energy saving took centre stage with the HE (High Efficiency) line, which can cut electricity use by up to 30 per cent compared with RTX models of the same production volume. Also shown was Synthesis 1, the newest addition to the range of modular, visible batch freezing systems, an elegant, complete station for bringing fresh gelato into any food retail format.
For pastry and catering, the stand featured countertop machines from the Ready line and the new multifunctional Lab-O-Chef 5. This countertop solution offers endless customisable programs and takes chefs and pastry chefs from creams, jams and gelato to béchamel and other hot and cold preparations, with consistent results over time.
