Pronto/4 Counter-E is Carpigiani's compact vertical batch freezer for making fresh gelato and sorbets right on the counter.
It produces around 4 kg of gelato per hour in 0.5 kg batches, so you can make small quantities of different flavours as you need them, suiting restaurants, cafés and venues that make gelato in small batches.
