Carpigiani has become a technical sponsor of ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine, which is based in the Reggia di Colorno near Parma.

Machines for the classroom

In May 2021, ALMA ran its first course dedicated to Contemporary Gelato, in collaboration with Compagnia Gelatieri. Students were given a Ready 20 30 and a Maestro HE to work with. The classrooms used for cooking courses also have a Freeze & Go.
