From January 26 to 30, Carpigiani Gelato University was in Dubai for Gulfood, billed as the world’s largest food and beverage sourcing event, where retailers, suppliers, distributors, wholesalers and chefs meet to network and see the latest products and trends.
Introducing Gelato Business Week
The university used its Hall 1, Booth A1-21 stand to present the new Gelato Business Week, a five-day course on the business side of gelato. It teaches the economic, managerial and strategic skills needed to start and grow a gelato shop, or even a chain, in a structured, results-focused way. The aim is to improve your chances of success while reducing business risk.
