Carpigiani at Gelatissimo 2020 in Stuttgart
Carpigiani exhibited at Gelatissimo in Stuttgart from 15 to 19 February 2020. The show is the most important fair in central and northern Europe dedicated to gelato, and Carpigiani’s stand was in Hall 10, booth 10D40.
On the Carpigiani stand
The display featured ReadyChef, the new countertop machine for pastry and foodservice, alongside the pasteurisers and batch freezers of the Adaptive Technology line. Carpigiani Gelato University instructors Günter Single and Adriano Colle ran demonstrations on gelato and gelato pastry.
About the show
After a successful 2018 edition, Gelatissimo was preparing for its sixth round. Gelato makers, ice cream parlour owners and cafe managers presented the latest gelato trends in the newly opened Paul Horn Hall (Hall 10) at Messe Stuttgart.
