XMatcha Soft Serve: A Low-Sugar Christmas Premium Concept
XMatcha is a premium soft serve idea that turns Christmas into a healthy pleasure. It was the first project created by Soft Serve Consulting, for Host 2019.
Food design and styling
XMatcha carries the colours of Christmas into a soft serve cone designed to keep sugar low and use wholesome ingredients: matcha tea in the mix and dehydrated raspberries as decoration. It was created with the Future Food Institute, an international network that treats food innovation as a key tool for meeting the big challenges of the future.
The shape comes from the round nozzle.
