Carpigiani at Sirha Lyon 2021: Pastry Technology and a World Preview

Carpigiani took part in Sirha Lyon from 23 to 27 September 2021, showing its latest pastry technology at Hall 4, Stand 4G116. The stand also hosted a world preview that was revealed only on the opening day of the show.
A new machine for pastry chefs
Visitors were the first to see a new multifunctional machine designed for pastry professionals, and could book a free demonstration. Sirha is a major international meeting point for the hospitality and catering industry, which made it a fitting stage for the reveal.
Demonstrations and masterclasses
- ReadyChef: a countertop batch freezer with 34 programs covering both ice cream and pastry work.
- Pastochef: a multifunctional machine for hot and cold (positive and negative temperature) pastry preparations.
- Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University: the 2021/2022 Masterclass programme, featuring big names from world pastry, was announced during the show.
