Demonstrations and presentations
Carpigiani Gelato University instructor Ryosuke Mogaki gave live gelato-making demonstrations using the newest machines. On Thursday 18 April from 1.15 pm, new seasonal projects were presented at the Assiette Dessert Contest Hall, including the next course with pastry chef Fabrizio Fiorani and the Japanese final of the Gelato World Tour.
