Carpigiani at Expo Sweet 2020 in Warsaw
Carpigiani took part in Expo Sweet 2020, Poland’s largest exhibition for the confectionery, pastry and ice cream industries, held from 23 to 26 February at Centrum Expo XI in Warsaw (Hall 1, booth 4).
What visitors saw
The booth showed new technologies and solutions for gelato, ice cream and pastry, working with Carpigiani’s local distributor in Poland.
An award with a Gelato University link
During the show, the pastry and bakery magazine Przeglad Piekarski i Cukierniczy presented its Industry Personality of the Year award, which recognises professionals and institutions that contribute to the confectionery, bakery and ice cream world. Carpigiani Gelato University gelato maestro Luciano Ferrari was one of the candidates. The ceremony took place on 24 February at 12.00 pm at the magazine’s stand (hall 4, stand 29).
