Penny Klingler Named President of Carpigiani North America

On 29 August 2019, Andrea Cocchi, Chief Executive Officer of Carpigiani Group and of Ali Group for the EMEA and APAC regions, announced that Penny Klingler would become President of Carpigiani North America, an Ali Group company, effective 1 September 2019.

Her background

Klingler had been Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Carpigiani North America since 2017, and before that Senior Vice President of Key Accounts. As President, she is responsible for driving strategic growth while strengthening the foundations of the North American business.

She brings a long career in commercial foodservice equipment, including:

• 25 years at one manufacturer, finishing as Vice President of Sales and overseeing international sales expansion.
• Three years as Vice President of Customer Services at a soft serve freezer company.
• Four years in the dispensing division of a large industrial group, leading beverage support teams.
