Anna Pata Appointed President of Carpigiani North America

Carpigiani North America, a Welbilt company, has announced Anna Pata as its new President, effective immediately.

Her background

Pata has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the dessert ingredients and supplies industry. Most recently she was Chief Commercial Officer at Carpigiani North America, where she helped strengthen the company’s market presence and commercial strategy. She began her career guiding sales and marketing during a period of strong growth in the North American market for a dessert ingredients supplier, and later led sales strategy for multi-unit accounts across several foodservice segments.

What she will focus on

As President, Pata will lead efforts to build brand awareness, accelerate business growth and increase market share, overseeing sales and marketing strategy and execution in line with the company’s long-term vision.

She said she was honoured to build on Carpigiani’s foundation and legacy, and thanked her predecessor, Penny Klingler, and the team. Carpigiani CEO Federico Tassi said Pata has brought great expertise and passion over the past two years, and that he is confident she will keep advancing the company’s success and its leadership in frozen dessert equipment.
