About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professionalSales Support Administrator to join our Perth team. The role is to manage support and liaise with our Perth sales team to ensure excellent customer service to our customers. The role is fast paced and will require you to be highly organised and motivated. We are ideally seeking a candidate who is looking for a career and growth within a business environment – increased responsibility and promotion within the business will be on offer for the right employee.

Skills and experience

The Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Welcoming guests to our company politely and professionally.
  • Make and serve refreshments for visitors as required.
  • Take and ensure phone messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
  • Customer service enquiry resolution.
  • Ensure the environment is visually maintained in a professional manner at all times.
  • Providing ongoing support in the development of the sales team strategy and assist with communication between the sales team and customers, as well as providing reception duties.
  • Handling confidential documents, creating proposals, entering sales orders, running reports, handling cash, taking phone and emailed orders and processing payments.
  • Liaise with the sales teams for the preparation of supporting documentation for proposals.
  • Provide back office support to Sales Executives.
  • Answering sales calls and processing of orders.
  • Managing and scheduling customer deliveries.
  • Provide proactive sales support to uncover, drive and expand opportunities.
  • Manage the outgoing and incoming deliveries, including mail and packages.
  • Maintain, manage and disseminate all marketing, sales and service materials to internal and external parties.
  • Ensure customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a record of conversations and interactions with customers.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional planning, organising and time management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with other staff and customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate several projects at once.
  • Exceptional customer service telephone manner.
  • The ability and desire to increase your product knowledge relating to this role.
  • Microsoft Office experience and computer skills at a medium to high level is essential.
  • Exceptional grammar, spelling and numeracy skills.
  • The ability to learn a CRM package with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • The ability to use initiative is paramount.
