The Matic series includes floor-standing machines with a freezing cylinder of 1.7 litres in capacity, and a refrigerated hopper with a minimum mixture level indicator. The vertical structure allows for dimensioned components usage to ensure an excellent production capacity even in the harshest climates.
Each machine is equipped with casters to facilitate its positioning and to offer delicious gelato-based desserts or frozen yogurt anywhere. All of the machines are gravity version or gear pump. Special agitators are available in the hoppers. This is especially required for the Frozen Yogurt industry, where the liquid product in the hoppers is prone to "splitting".
Matic 300 is a two-fl avour electromechanical machine, simple and reliable to use. It is equippped with a CKC system that controls product consistency.
Matic 500 is the evolved version of the Matic 300 model. The In.Co.Di.S interactive system with touch screen technology allows full control of all its parameters at every stage.
Two beater motors – one for each flavour – manage production and consistency independently, ensuring maximum usage versatility. Fro/Yo need agitators in this model.
JUMBO is a machine only available in gravity version, but with a high production rate.This model combines the features of two classic machines (Matic 300) in one small unit.
