Gelato Ice Cream classes are run at Majors Group Melbourne Head Office in our fully-equipped demonstration laboratory.

PRIVATE CLASSES are held to ensure maximum time and effort is dedicated to you and your needs as a valued new or existing customer.

Our team of experienced artisans and food technologists are on hand ready to train you in all the aspects of the refined art of Fro/Yo making. Courses are individually tailored to your specific needs, and can include overviews of brand new flavours from Europe, recipes, ideas, selling techniques, and of course taste testing!

Please note that these classes are for those people already in the industry or looking to get started in the frozen yoghurt industry seriously as a professional business.

For new businesses, we also offer a complete design package where our experts will get you set-up for success.
