  • Matic 4.5 is a floor machine serving two flavours and a mixed one, with pasteurization system both in the conservation hoppers and the mixing cylinders.
  • This machine unites the new technologies applied to the soft ice cream units, regarding the refrigeration and mechanical solutions, as well as applied electronics.
  • Matic 4.5 is controlled by In. Co. Di. S. electronic system (Interactive Control and Diagnostic System), that manages the machine diagnosis for an even more intuitive, immediate use. Among the different functions, it is possible to control and display pasteurization cycles, adjust and store working temperatures, see the ice cream sales statistics and set the ice cream production.
  • This machine is ideal for all those who wish a self-pasteurizing unit with self-diagnostic system.
    The weekly programming of the pasteurizing cycles considerably reduces the necessity to clean and hygienize the machine periodically.
  • Matic 4.5 comes with a touch-screen, through which the operator can interact and comunicate directly with the machine, controlling any parameter with precision.
  • Thanks to technologically advanced but user-friendly systems, Excel 3.5 suits heterogeneous customer needs. Its flexibility makes it highly practical in any situation: an innovative system enables the independent management of the two cylinders’ cooling and mechanical systems without any constraint as to the quantity served for each single flavour. For this reason, you no longer need to balance ice cream distribution between two flavours, as with traditional machines.
  • This system is ideal also when the ice cream consistency is not the same for the two flavours: for example when dispensing a fruit- and a cream-based flavour at the same time.
  • The high capacity refrigerated hoppers (18 litres), 100% stainless steel with level gauge LED, ensure a perfect conservation of the product.
  • The freezing cylinder is also in stainless steel (1.7 litres) and it adds to the product high quality. The standard-model unit comes with whisking action stainless steel beaters, whose scraping blades ensure an ideal production efficiency and a constant quality from the first to the last cone.
  • To satisfy the most heterogeneous clientele’s requirements, the In.Co.Di.S electronic system for the control of the machine functions can be easily programmed and customized.
  • Matic 4.5 unit is available in the gravity or stainless steel pressurizing gear pump version, with air or water cooling system.
