Its four conservation hoppers, 100% stainless steel, are equipped with an automatic and adjustable refrigerating system, that ensures an ideal conservation of the mix in any environment.
The freezing cylinder is also in stainless steel (1.7 litres) and it adds to the product high quality. The standard-model unit comes with whisking action stainless steel beaters, whose scraping blades ensure an ideal production efficiency and a constant quality from the first to the last cone.
To satisfy the most heterogeneous clientele’s requirements, the programmable logic control (PLC) of the machine functions can be easily programmed and customized.
The CKC system controls and adjusts the product consistency with precision, whether it be soft ice cream, frozen yoghurt, sorbet or milk-shake.
The Jumbo is available in the gravity version, with air, water or remote cooling system.
