  • HPC (High Production Capacity) 235V is the best suited machine for the production of big quantities of soft ice cream, frozen yoghurt, sorbets and milk-shakes in two different flavours plus one mixed one.
  • HPC 235V unit was designed to satisfy both aesthetic and practical needs: the machine is extremely handy, thanks to its ergonomic look with rounded corners, that also improves accident-prevention performance.
  • The independent operation of the cylinders' cooling and mechanical systems adds to the machine practicality. For this reason, you no longer need to balance ice cream distribution between two flavours, as with traditional machines.
    This system is ideal also when the ice cream consistency is not the same for the two flavours: for example when dispensing a fruit- and a cream-based flavour at the same time.
  • HPC 235V is the reliable, safe answer to any market request. Energy-saving and subsequent time-saving performance during washing are also worth mentioning, since you can now work with only one flavour for minimum distribution, such as in wintertime.
  • The high capacity refrigerated hoppers (18 litres), 100% stainless steel with level gauge LED, and the high volumetric capacity of each cylinder (3.5 litres) makes for a considerable ice cream provision, always ready for distribution, to easily stand up to peak hours.
    With an hourly production of 66 Kilos, HPC 235V is the most powerful model in Gel-Matic’s “stable”.
  • HPC 235V is a technologically advanced unit, that comes with three compressors. One hermetic compressor for independent cooling of the conservation hoppers, and two semi-hermetic compressors for independent operation of the two freezing cylinders.
  • To satisfy the most heterogeneous clientele’s requirements, the programmable logic control (PLC) of the machine functions can be easily programmed and customized.
  • The CKC system controls and adjusts the product consistency with precision, whether it be soft ice cream, frozen yoghurt, sorbet or milk-shake.
  • HPC 235V unit is available in the stainless steel pressurizing gear pump version, with air, water or remote cooling system.
  • To meet the taste and needs of any client, the machine decoration can be altogether customized.
