Thanks to its small and proportioned size, Excel/1 is the most versatile counter unit of its kind. It is ideal for any sort of activity (bars, restaurants, kiosks, sandwich bars) where you can serve moderate quantities of undisputed quality ice cream in single portions.
Excel/1 is a compact machine (42 x 57 x 74h cms) with a smart, appealing design.
The quality and technology of materials guarantee the perfect conservation of the mix. The stainless steel hopper is equipped with a level gauge LED and an automatic, adjustable refrigerating system.
The freezing cylinder is also in stainless steel (1.7 litres) and it adds to the product high quality. The standard-model unit comes with a whisking action stainless steel beater, whose scraping blades ensure an ideal production efficiency and a constant quality from the first to the last cone.
The different functions of the machine are easily controlled through an automatic, electromechanical system.
The CKC system controls and adjusts the product consistency with precision, whether it be soft ice cream, frozen yoghurt, sorbet or milk-shake.
Excel/1 unit is available in the gravity or stainless steel pressurizing gear pump version, with air, water or remote cooling system.
To meet the taste and needs of any client, the machine decoration can be altogether customized.
